Syntax: checkboxes to choose fields
This setting controls which source fields to search for entities
(here) during the crawl. Any combination of the
following fields may be selected:

URL Decoded: The URL, with %-encodings decoded. -
Body: The formatted text body of the document.
The default is to search both URL Decoded and Body for
entities.
