Once one or more files have been uploaded, they are available for import into the profile. Choose the file(s) to import by checking them. Several files may be selected/de-selected at once by checking/unchecking the topmost checkbox (to the left of the file Size header).
If more than one file is selected, all of them must have exactly the same format - same number of columns, names and order - in order to be imported together, as the same file-to-profile mapping will be used for the entire selection. It is best to select one file to import first, establish its mapping criteria, import it, then go back and select a group to import once the mapping has been tested.
Press Import Files once the file(s) have been selected for import, and the file-to-profile mapping page is presented. This form controls which Profile Field will be associated (Set To) which file field. Every profile field must either be assigned from a file field, or set to --Empty- to set it empty. The mappings chosen on this form will be remembered, to save time at the next import. Once all Profile Fields have been assigned, press Begin Import to start the import process. If any errors are found (e.g. unassigned profile fields), they will be reported and the form re-presented.
